Conditions
Deposit:
50% of the order value after booking – This fix and confirm your whole arrangement. The deposit is not transferable to another person. The balance is due four months before departure. If a postponement in the booked hunt year should be essential, we are trying to find an alternative date in the same year of the booked hunt. If this is not possible refer to our cancellation conditions. A transfer of booking to another hunting season is not possible..
Cancellation policy:
Up to the end of the 9.Monats before the hunting trip the deposit amount minus € 500, – will be transferred back. Between the beginning of the 8th month and the end of the 4th month – full deposit is forfeited. If you cancel within the last three months prior to departure the full amount will be forfeited.
We highly recommend using cancellation insurance!
Payment:
The payment of the booked hunting trip takes place as indicated in the cancellation conditions. After the end of the program, a possible difference amount is paid either in cash or with credit card. Foreign currencies will be charged according to the current bank rate.

Insurance:
If you do not have a valid EU or EEA hunting license, a worldwide accident insurance is requirement for the period of your hunting trip. It is mandatory in some countries hunting. We recommend “Global Rescue.
Repayment arrangements:
In case of no success of the booked package in trophy support, the cost of the trophy contained in the package is repaid. Except it was with the customer other arrangements agreed. If a chase through unforeseen events on our part the trip must be canceled, the entire paid amount is transferred back.
Weapon and ammounition:
Information on weapons and ammunition are available at the point of hunting countries. For specific questions, please contact us : office@interhunt.com.
We will inform you promptly on special conditions in the respective hunting country.
Trophy export:
The export of trophies is regulated differently in each of the countries we offer. We help that a speedy settlement of the trophy shipment takes place at the final destination. In Austria there is a duty to present the trophies at a meeting held in the spring trophy shop. The shipment will be carried out by us immediately after these dates.
